The Colorado Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, Educational Interpreter Committee, annually gives the Educational Interpreter of the Year Award at the Symposium on Deafness. This award is given to a CRID member in good standing, who exemplifies an Educational Interpreter through interpreting, advocating, tutoring and team work in the school setting.
